To me, Mulberry's AW12 theme sums up 'Where the Wild Things are'. Mulberry's Autumn/Winter campaign inspiration was 'Dreams, Fears & Imagination'. In my opinion this was a throroughly British campaign for the upcoming seasons with 'Dreams, Fears & Imagination' being beautifully shot by British photographer Tim Walker!
The story plays on the romance and darkness of children’s fairy tales... explorers, mysterious stories and fantasy travels. It features Lindsey Wixson in her third campaign for Mulberry, travelling deep into the woods and meeting two giant furry forest creatures.
This, for me, is what 'Where the Wild Things Are' would look like if mixed into the world of fashion. A deluge of autumnal colours and a beautiful mix of textures. From studs to suede, leather to fur.
